Daniella has been an Executive Level Operator for the past 15+ years spanning roles in government and higher education with the University of California, San Francisco, and as a third generation business owner/operator of her family’s 44-year legacy commercial flooring firm. She has immense experience in business operations and business development. She has risen to several leadership roles throughout her career quickly through sheer grit and determination. 

Daniella feels that with consistency, hard work and time most things can be accomplished and has never let any challenges get in the way of her vision of success. Most recently she co-founded a nationwide transaction coordination business, where she serves as a Fractional COO and business consultant to real estate related business owners. 

She currently serves as a Planning Commissioner on the coast in California, one of the most challenging landscapes in the country to pass projects. Daniella loves being able to be a part of development policy, standards and development permitting her in hometown. She is excited to utilize her vast array of experience in planning and business, her nationwide network in residential and commercial real estate, and her direct relationships with building and business owners in the San Francisco Bay Area to complement her work in commercial real estate.
