Prior to focusing 100% in the real estate sector, Lissie founded and owned a professional organizing company, servicing both residential and business clients.  In 2013 Lissie obtained and currently maintains her real estate license in her home state of Michigan. For the first many years in her real estate career, Lissie represented  both buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions. Lissie then transitioned to working as the right hand to a broker/owner where she oversaw both the residential and commercial brokers business, daily brokerage operations and was responsible for training and onboarding new agents. Within her real estate experiences, Lissie honed in on her specialty as a Transaction Manager, realizing the incredible need for both brokers and agents alike. Lissie has been managing transactions for 13 years in various capacities and has worked transactions from LOI to close in over 19 states across the US. Lissie is committed to ensuring excellent communications, execution of processes, documentation  and smooth transactions.
