Kathryn Diane McGwier Gittel, known as Kadee, is a distinguished expert in commercial real estate with extensive experience and a solid track record. Licensed in Idaho, Washington, and Montana, she currently works as a REALTOR® at eXp Realty, specializing in fair market evaluations for rental investments and residential pricing strategies. She established Summit Homes Property Management in 2018, providing self-management assistance in Washington and full service in Idaho, and founded Timberline Vacations in 2021, operating in Idaho with plans to expand to Montana.
Kadee has held significant roles, including President Elect of the Women’s Council of Realtors: North Idaho Network, and Chairperson of the NIBCA Parade of Homes.

Jordan is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, entering the investment space after graduating from Pepperdine University and having personally purchased over 14,000 properties across 23 states. During his tenure working for a publicly traded REIT, Jordan received a crash course in the fundamentals of real estate beginning with inspecting investment properties to eventually working his way into directing the fund’s national acquisitions program and spearheading a national home building program.
Shelby’s fascination with real estate began in southern California where she worked with one of the top agents in the ultra-luxury market of Malibu, CA. After graduating from undergrad, Shelby excelled in technology sales in Bellevue, WA but eventually found her way back into the real estate industry as a mortgage lender. During her 6 years as a lender, Shelby worked in multiple states in all loan categories assisting everyone from first time home buyers to repeat investors.
Jeanette after starting my career in public accounting, international project accounting and regional business analysis, I realized that I have a comprehensive understanding of what needs to be accomplished to help a business or manager be successful. I love being an executive assistant and helping wherever is needed in a organized, detailed and timely manner. This includes bookkeeping, accounting, taxes, scheduling, contract management, social media, marketing, researching, customer service, and anything else needed. I enjoy and have had a lot of experience in commercial and residential real estate along with real estate photography. I am also a wife, a mom and a dog lover. I enjoy reading, hiking, biking, skiing, coffee, wine & dessert.
